About Ramat Oyetunji

Ramat Oyetunji is a former Mechanical Engineer and Edward Jones Financial Advisor who wore many hats over the course of her 20-year corporate career. In 2021 she retired early-at the age of 44-to pursue a 'second chapter' as an entrepreneur, speaker, and writer providing financial coaching and education.

In 2015, she published her first book, Fifty Shades of Green: A Stock Market Guide, and launched her first financial coaching business, The FI Woman LLC. At the time, her mission was simple: teach women how to invest in the stock market so they  can take control of their finances and feel financially empowered.

Since then, her mission has become more holistic and has evolved to helping people experience a more authentic financial wellness by aligning their financial decisions and actions with who they are and what matters to them.

Her two recent books, The Self-ish Guide to Financial Wellness and The Self-ish Guide to Financial Wellness: 10-Week Guided Journal, illustrate this shift in focus.

In addition to publishing financial education books and content, Ramat is a speaker, hosts webinars, and provides 1:1 personal finance coaching.
